Therefore, solving the problem of good quality and safety of dairy products has special significance.Dairy products quality and safety involved in dairy production, processing, transportation and consumption, and other links, related to the dairy farmers, enterprises, retailers, consumers, and many other subjects, which involves many links and agents, and therefore the quality and safety problems cause more complex. However, the author thinks that the quality and safety problems of mechanism analysis, the root cause lies in the dairy supply chain and its upstream and downstream traders among the subjects in the information asymmetry. Not only this makes the supply chain to suffer heavy losses, also caused the failure of the market. In the face of all these problems, to reduce the information asymmetry of dairy products supply chain is urgent.Firstly, the influence of dairy products quality and safety problems in China are analyzed in this article, and then from the Angle of information asymmetry, analyses the causes of dairy products quality and safety problems, in view of the supply chain on the phenomenon of information asymmetry between each node enterprises, based on game theory and signaling theory, design a set of information transmission mechanism, and the traceability system of dairy products were studied. Through dairy products information transmission mechanism, using certain methods and means, make the supply chain upstream and downstream enterprises to voluntary and deliver real dairy products quality information quickly. When consumers find problems dairy products, dairy products can tracking system, able to recall problem dairy quickly, rapid locating the root causes of problems dairy, solve the problems timely and reduce the economic loss, clear the responsibility of the dairy supply chain actors, targeted punishment measures, at the same time also can achieve the government’s supervision of the quality and safety of dairy products.
