Empirical Analysis Of The Impact Of International Technology Trade On China's Technological Progress

Since the outbreak of the global financial crisis,the world economy has entered a downward adjustment cycle.How to consolidate and expand the dominant position of domestic foreign trade exports in the international market,and to find a new engine of economic growth,has become the key to solving the economic problems of various countries.This time,the countries of the world have chosen "scientific and technological innovation".Developed countries have taken science and technology innovation as the engine of a new round of overall economic growth.On the one hand,they have increased investment in science and technology research and development,vigorously cultivated high-tech industries,and promoted economic recovery through high-tech industries.On the other hand,they have taken advantage of high-tech industries.Technology trade exports high-tech products and high-tech services,and expands trade exports in the international market.The role of technological innovation,high-tech product R&D and production,and international trade in technology products has been shown to enhance the overall competitiveness of a country's economic and social development.In recent years,relying on strong economic development potential and scientific research strength,China's economy and scientific research have achieved remarkable achievements.In an international environment in which countries vigorously seek technological trade development,China must seize opportunities and seek economic structural upgrading in an effort to make technology trade drive better and healthier development of our economy.From what angle to start to greatly improve the level of technical trade,it is an important issue that China needs to solve urgently,and it is also the main content of this paper.Based on the review of previous theoretical literatures and on the basis of theoretical analysis and empirical test of countermeasures and Suggestions,this paper is divided into five parts.The main content and structure are as follows:The first part,including the background of topic selection and the purpose and significance of the research,proposes the problems of the planned research,introduces the structure and framework of the paper,gives the main research methods of the paper,and analyzes the possible innovations and deficiencies.The second part is literature review,including domestic and foreign research status review.The third part introduces the status quo and development of China's technology trade,and points out that China's patent trade has a deficit and low international competitiveness.In addition,compared with developed countries,China's technology progress level is relatively low and the causes of the problems are analyzed.The fourth part is the part of empirical research and analysis,this paper innovatively sorts out the relevant data of China's technology trade from 1985 to 2016,performs regression analysis based on Douglas function,and uses the perpetual inventory method to fit the actual capital stock and analyses China's technology trade as well as the empirical relationship between technology trade and technological progress in China's trade structure through regression analysis based on the Douglas function.The fifth part,conclusions and countermeasures.This paper summarizes the main conclusions of this paper,and puts forward some Suggestions on how to improve the technology trade in China.
