In recent years,system of state-owned enterprises is being in the reform and development,and it promotes the state-owned enterprises management level of ascension,welfare reform and development.For state-owned enterprise,the introduction of talents and enhance their own competitiveness plays an important role in promoting.At present,there are many shortcomings of the implement and application of welfare policy in the state-owned enterprise of our country,how to overcome the problems left over from the traditional welfare system,promote state-owned enterprises welfare policy toward a better direction,it will be research content and it plays an important role in the reform and development of state-owned enterprises.In addition,through the research on the welfare policy of state-owned enterprises,it can also promote the reform and development of state-owned enterprise for a great extent.This paper takes the state-owned enterprise A company as an example,the paper studies the development trend of employee welfare policy.Firstly,literature review is carried out,the concept of employee benefits and welfare policies,and related theories are introduced,and the status quo of domestic and foreign research is analyzed..Secondly,the our country state-owned enterprise process and a state-owned enterprise salary system present situation were studied of a state-owned enterprise welfare system design and welfare condition investigation and analysis,and points out the problems and reasons existing in the existing welfare system of the state-owned enterprise a.At last,it puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the state-owned enterprise of our country new welfare system,including state-owned enterprise welfare system policy design optimization;construction under the guidance of the government,equal negotiation and participation mechanism;survey of welfare needs,to improve the welfare system;the implementation of performance oriented,strengthen the welfare system incentive;the implementation of flexible benefits system,security staff independent selectivity.
