| With the accelerated process of industrialization and urbanization,scale of regional construction land is increasing in many regions.Contradiction of construction land between supply and demand increasingly intensified.It will be helpful to understand the situation of regional construction land intensive utilization by means of intensive use of land evaluation.Taking Fuding City as study area,all the construction land was evaluated through quantitative and qualitative method.In qualitative evaluation,this paper first analyzed the land use structure and dynamic change characteristics of Fuding City through 2010-2017;through the selection of relevant indicators,the matching degree between the use of construction land and population and economy was calculated,so as to preliminarily judge the construction use of Fuding City.In quantitative evaluation,mainly through the selection of evaluation indicators,the establishment of index evaluation system,by giving weight coefficients,calculate the index of conservation and intensive use of construction land in Fuding City,and other evaluation parameters,and to classify the types of land use status.This study showed that:(1)the characteristics of land use change in Fuding City from 2010 to 2016 showed that the area of construction land was increased,and the area of agricultural land and other land were decreased slightly.In the two classes of agricultural land,the area of farmland was increased,and the area of garden land,woodland and the other agricultural land were decreased year by year.(2)In terms of the matching degree of the population development and the change of urban and rural construction land,Fuding was an extensive trend.In terms of the matching degree of economic development and construction land change,Fuding was an intensive trend.(3)According to the land use classification standard,the quantitative evaluation index of Fuding construction land was 82,the intensive was high. |
