Modern management believes that corporate culture plays a vital role in cultivating the core competitiveness of enterprises,and culture is the economy of tomorrow.Not only major companies at home and abroad have set up special departments to engage in the establishment and implementation of corporate culture,but also small companies are paying more and more attention to the great impact of corporate culture.However,after the establishment of corporate culture,it is not unchanging.It is affected by time and space,internal and external factors.The scientific concept of corporate culture should be constantly self-renewal,even indestructible.Therefore,when the company enters a new stage of development,how to optimize a more appropriate and distinctive corporate culture and conduct a more scientific management of the corporate image will become the key to the survival and sustainable development of enterprises,and also a common topic faced by many enterprises today.This thesis is just a study on the gradual optimization of corporate culture in the development of modern private Internet technology small and medium-sized enterprises.During the follow-up practice of H technology company in the past two years,the existing corporate culture was deeply studied by using literature research method,organizational culture assessment tool(OCAI)and induction and summary method.Through research,discussion,new media interaction,employee activities and other technical means,the classification of "flexible" corporate culture is determined.On this basis,the "enterprise vision","enterprise mission" and "enterprise values" have been updated by optimizing the more appropriate organizational material culture,behavior culture,system culture and spiritual culture,so as to promote the enterprise to have more centripetal force and cohesion,help it get rid of the difficulties of recruitment,education and low work efficiency of small and medium-sized enterprises,and achieve the purpose of improving the core competitiveness of the enterprise and ensuring the stable development of the enterprise.In the process of building the corporate culture,vitality,openness,sharing and innovation are the eternal themes,implementation,service strategy and people-oriented are the unchanging principles,system cooperation,leadership support,setting an example and building IP are the only methods,and material supplement,organization management,training evaluation and feedback update are the guarantee measures.At the same time,the construction of corporate culture is of course very important,and its publicity and implementation is the top priority.Therefore,when optimizing the corporate culture,it is also necessary to establish safeguard measures for the corporate culture,and make efforts in material,mechanism and human resources to ensure the implementation and subsequent improvement of the corporate culture.
