With the continuous acceleration of the global economic integration process,market competition is becoming more and more fierce,and the corporate culture's role in promoting corporate development is becoming more and more important.The success of an enterprise in the early days of its establishment relies on the quality of its products and the reputation of its customers.If it is to remain invincible in the market for a long time,it is necessary to focus on the construction of corporate culture.In recent years,corporate culture construction has gradually been valued by China's corporate,academia,and even government departments,and various domestic companies have begun to explore the road of corporate culture construction.In March 2017,the government work report of our country proposed to deepen reforms in key areas,accelerate the reform of state-owned enterprises and state-owned assets,and demanded “continue to promote the state-owned enterprises to slim down and improve their health,improve quality and efficiency,and speed up the divestiture of social functions to solve historical problems.In order to implement this requirement,the transformation and upgrading of state-owned enterprises in the wave of reform is an inevitable trend,and various measures must be implemented.Enterprise restructuring reform,transformation and upgrading cannot be achieved overnight.Under the complicated domestic and international situation,enterprises should pay more attention to strengthening cultural construction to protect the stable and healthy development of enterprises.Company A is a large state-owned enterprise group based on local development,urban infrastructure,financial investment and other cross-industries.Since the establishment of the enterprise,it has grown stronger under the guidance of the government's macro policies.With the current reform and reorganization of enterprises,how to establish a company culture with its own characteristics and strong practical significance for the development of the enterprise,so as to enhance internal cohesion and external competitiveness,so that it can be adjusted at any time according to changes in form,becoming an important issue for company A.Therefore,this article takes company A as the research object,based on the actual development of company A's cultural construction,and aims to propose a corporate culture construction planning system suitable for the development of the company for theoptimization of the company's corporate culture construction to promote the company's corporate culture construction.This article combines some current research achievements and theoretical foundations of corporate culture at home and abroad,and uses the corporate culture assessment tool OCAI scale to evaluate the status and expectations of corporate culture.At the same time,the SWOT analysis method was used to deeply analyze the progress of the company's corporate culture construction environment.Optimization measures for corporate culture construction.At the spiritual level,it is mainly to persevere in the construction of the corporate spiritual culture,the cultural concept should be deeply rooted in the minds of employees,and the company must adhere to the "people-oriented";at the institutional level,it is mainly to establish a corporate culture construction work system,scientifically plan the talent team,and improve the incentive system;behavior At the top level,leaders are the first to set an example,stimulate the employees' awareness of subject participation,enrich corporate cultural activities,and broaden the propaganda field of corporate culture;at the material level,they are mainly to improve the company's physical and cultural facilities,enhance the external image of the company,and focus on building corporate brand culture.Finally,on the basis of the cultural optimization design measures,the safeguard measures are proposed from the four aspects of organization,material,system and talents.the design of corporate culture in company A.It attempts to clarify ideas for the development of corporate culture,and also provides references and references for the cultural construction of other state-owned enterprises of the same type.
