Leading enterprises play a pivotal role in the industrial economy of any country.Whether a leading company can remain competitive and sustain growth is critical to the enterprise and its industrial economy.By analyzing the successful practices of many domestic and foreign leading enterprises,it is not difficult to find that the sustainable growth of these leading enterprises cannot be sustained without the important role of organizational transformation and innovation.Therefore,this article attempts to explore the role of important variables in organizational transformation and innovation and the continuous growth of leading enterprises.Combining with the research foundation of existing scholars,through the literature review,this study divides organizational flexibility into three dimensions:structural flexibility,capability flexibility and cultural flexibility,and divides the sustainable growth ability of leading enterprises into two dimensions: sustainable market growth ability and sustainable innovation ability.thus establishing organization conceptual model of the flexible continuous growth ability of leading enterprises,and introduces introverted open innovation as a moderator variable,and proposes research hypotheses.Secondly,by referring to the questionnaires of existing scholars,and by means of expert discussion and on-site interview with enterprises,the questionnaire was designed and tested for small samples,and a large sample was formed.Thirdly,the empirical test was conducted by SPSS17.0 and LISERAL8.70,including reliability and validity analysis,confirmatory factor analysis,structural equation model analysis and adjustment function analysis,so as to complete all hypothesis tests in this study.F inally,in order to further support the reliability of the empirical study conclusion,The study selects haier as case analysis,The research conclusion was further confirmed by haier's practice of organizational flexibility and introverted and open innovation under the guidance of Rendanheyi Mode and puts forward corresponding Suggestions for the enterprise according to haier's continuous growth mechanism.There are two main innovations in this research: the first is the innovation of research perspective,combining introverted open innovation with organizational flexibility to explore the ability of leading companies to continue to grow;the second is to prove the positive regulating effect of introverted open innovation on the organizational flexibility to promote the sustainable growth of leading enterprises,and to refine the mechanism of organizational flexibility and introverted open innovation to promote enterprises to achieve sustainable growth.The conclusions of this study are mainly as follows: firstly,the three dimensions of organizational flexibility: flexibility of structure,flexibility of ability and cultural flexibility have a positive impact on the leading enterprise's continuous market growth ability and continuous innovation ability.Secondly,introverted and open innovation plays a positive role in promoting the continuous innovation ability of leading enterprises through organizational flexibility.Thirdly,haier's continuous growth is inseparable from the successful practice of organizational flexibility and introversion open innovation.Organizational flexibility provides possibilities for introversion open innovation,which promotes the role of organizational flexibility on haier's continuous growth.Fourthly,the mechanism of haier's continuous growth ability is composed of the mechanism of "people-creation leading","self-linking,self-collaboration and self-emergence","employee entrepreneurship","enterprise platform","ecological circle building" and "user dimension building".
