With the advent of the Internet 2.0 era, competition and cooperation has become a widely accepted form of competition. At the same time, due to the emergence of the concept of “Internet +”,the boundaries of various enterprises in the real economy have been weakened, making competition among enterprises more complete.Orientation,multi-dimensional,full time and space. At this point, the business community has created a "cross-border" boom, such as SF Express to create online shopping mall SF best, from the logistics industry to the e-commerce industry;or cross-border cooperation between two or more companies, such as Yibin Push Group,a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wuliangye Group, has invested in Kaiyi Automobile,a brand of Chery Automobile, marking the Wuliangye Group cross the border to automobile industry. In order to share in the cross-border upsurge and make enterprises grow further, considering the dynamic nature of the current environment, enterprises should speed up the process of internal R&D,strive to enter the market as early as possible, and occupy the competitive highland. This is also the primary problem faced by cross-border enterprises. Therefore, the implementation of open innovation has become a good strategic choice for cross-border enterprises.By establishing a good communication and interaction mechanism with external partners,a good exchange database of knowledge, technology and other resources can be formed. When enterprises want to carry out innovation activities facing the situation of insufficient internal resources, enterprises can extract the required resources through this resource library, which will be obtained from the outside.Relevant integration and integration of the obtained resources and internal free resources are applied to innovation activities, which further improves the R&D level and innovation performance of enterprises. At the same time,in the whole process of open innovation, the ability of enterprises to integrate,i.e.dynamic ability, plays a key role.It can not only help enterprises to better organize and integrate internal and external resources, but also enable enterprises to maintain the vitality of learning and innovation and enhance their capabilities. Therefore, this study takes the enterprises with cross-border behavior as the research object, and explores the impact of the open innovation and dynamic capabilities of enterprises on the growth of cross-border enterprises, which has considerable theoretical and practical significance. The main goal of this research is to explore the relationship between open innovation, dynamic capabilities and the growth of cross-border enterprises. There are four main research issues:(1)What is the relationship between the open innovation strategy of cross-border enterprises and its dimensions and corporate growth?(2)What is the relationship between open innovation and its dimensions and dynamic capabilities of cross-border enterprises?(3)What is the relationship between the dynamic capabilities of cross-border enterprises and their dimensions and corporate growth?(4)Does the company's dynamic capabilities and its dimensions play an intermediary role in open innovation and cross-border corporate growth?First of all, this study defines the key concepts involved in the research from the aspects of cross-border enterprise growth, open innovation and dynamic capabilities, and reviews and combs relevant theoretical literatures at home and abroad to clarify the research context.Secondly,it analyzes the relationship between open innovation, dynamic capability and the growth of cross-border enterprises. On this basis,it puts forward the research hypothesis of this paper(4 groups of 17).Afterwards,using AMOS 21.0.0 structural equation software and SPSS 20.0.0 statistical software, and using questionnaire survey data as analysis data, the validation test was carried out,in which Bootstrapping method and PRODCLIN2 program provided by MacKinnon were used to test the intermediary role. The empirical results show that 15 of the hypotheses proposed in this study are supported and 2 are not supported. The following conclusions are drawn:(1)Open innovation has a significant positive correlation with the growth of cross-border enterprises.(2)Dynamic capability has a significant positive correlation with the growth of cross-border enterprises.(3)For cross-border enterprises that implement inward-oriented open innovation, the relationship between this strategy and the three dimensions of dynamic capabilities is significantly positive correlation.(4)For cross-border enterprises that implement outward-oriented open innovation, the relationship between this strategy and technological flexibility and organizational flexibility in dynamic capabilities is significant and positive, while the relationship between this strategy and environmental insight is not significant.(5)For the intermediary role of dynamic capability,if an enterprise implements an inward-oriented open innovation strategy, the three dimensions of dynamic capability have a positive intermediary role;if an enterprise implements an outward-oriented open innovation strategy, only two dimensions have a positive intermediary role, namely, technological flexibility and organizational flexibility, while the intermediary role of environmental insight is not significant. Finally, based on the empirical results, the paper discusses them and puts forward some specific suggestions and suggestions for the enterprises that are or want to cross the border.
