The international crude oil prices in the doldrums,but because of the energy exploitation has become the national strategy,at the same time as the "The Belt and Road" promotion,also to the enterprise development opportunities,but also faces enormous challenges;in order to keep up with the national policy and the international situation which enterprises must reform and transformation,as the industry leading technology company OM the enterprise of "high difficulty of cementing stable overall leader in the development process in the past,there is no great breakthrough and greatly improved.This paper through the use of PEST,SWOT and other analytical tools,and on-the-spot investigation and expert interview situation analysis to study the related issues of strategic transformation of OM company,the company's development and rich theory that has certain reference transformation but also for the same type oil service.This paper first analyzes the research background of the significance of the research is pointed out,and the research status at home and abroad are summarized,and put forward the research methods and technical route of this article.Secondly,on strategic transformation and related theory is proposed and analyzed.Thirdly,the competitive situation of the industry is analyzed by PEST on the outside the environment analysis method,analyzes the strategic positioning of OM company using the SWOT analysis method;thirdly,on the basis of the above analysis put forward the strategic positioning of OM company and the target,necessity of transformation,and pointed out that in the transition process must solve the problem.Then,put forward specific implementation measures for strategic transformation OM,including: the ability to research and innovation,strategic decision-making ability,core competence,talent ability,marketing ability.Finally,draw the conclusion.
