Since the beginning of 21 st century,telephone marketing and Internet marketing became popular in the domestic insurance companies,and the new channels developed quickly in the domestic insurance industry,the reason is due to the two new channels have unique advantages comparing with other traditional channels,with the development of science and technology,especially with the development of mobile Internet,these new channels have certain technical advantages.But also the new channels encountered some difficulties in the process of development.Insurance companies need to overcome these difficulties,and find a new road of sustainable development.In this thesis,we first introduced the telephone marketing's concept,characteristics and the development in China,and analyzed domestic telephone marketing business development mode and marketing characteristics of the current domestic telephone marketing.At the same time,this paper analyzed the risk faced by the telephone marketing from the aspect of risk management.And also we analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of telephone marketing,at the same time,the opportunities and challenges of the telephone marketing are analyzed.Then,this thesis introduces the Internet marketing channels which has begun to develop in domestic insurance companies,include the definition of Internet marketing and the characteristics of Internet marketing.Then,this thesis the development history in domestic and foreign of Internet marketing,introduces some important products in domestic insurance market.Finally,on the basis of the disadvantages of telephone marketing and Internet marketing,this paper proposed a new mode which combined the telephone and Internet marketing,this new mode can overcome some disadvantages of telephone marketing and Internet marketing,reduce the insurance company's cost of sales,increase the income and expand the products of insurance companies.
