Research On The Development Status And Countermeasures Of Public Transport In Medium-sized Cities

Public transportation--the venation of the city,which provides a convenient route for the local development and the travel of the city people.In the planning and construction of the road and the increasing concentration of the public transportation network,the convenience of public transportation affects,drives and promotes the rapid leap of urban economy.With the continuous development of the city and the increasing of population density,the mismatch and asymmetry between the urgent demand to perfect the public transport and the slow development of the public transport itself is a new and prominent problem facing the managers.Therefore,this paper,taking Linyi,Shandong as the object of observation,makes a more specific study of the related problems,drawing on new theories and methods at home and abroad,summarizes and distills the ways and countermeasures to promote the rapid and healthy development of urban public transport,and promotes the process of urbanization.This thesis is studied from five parts.The first chapter mainly discusses the research direction,significance,background,aim and the related research at home and abroad.The second chapter mainly explains the related concepts of urban public transport and the theoretical support of the thesis.The third chapter is mainly based on Linyi City of Shandong Province to analyze the status,problems and impact of public transport in medium-sized cities.The fourth chapter is mainly through the analysis of the problems of public transport problems in medium-sized cities,mainly from the five aspects of urban development,government management,the characteristics of the traffic system itself,the economic impact and the behavior of the traffic participants.The fifth chapter is mainly to solve the problems and cause analysis,and put forward the suggestions and Countermeasures to optimize the public transport in medium-sized cities,and put forward four countermeasures and suggestions for the development strategy of urban public transportation in Linyi,including establishing and perfecting the policies and regulations,strengthening the functions of public service,improving the management level of the operation and promoting the civilized travel of the traffic participants.
