Resilience Evaluation Of Cold Chain Logistics Supply Chain

In recent years,the improvement of China's economy continues to improve the level of the basic material life,especially the food demands.Thus,people start to pay more attention to the quality and safety of the products,not just the number of the supplement.Many categories of fresh frozen food appear and contribute to the rapid development of the food industry,especially the rapid formation of food cold chain logistics supply chain.But during the logistics process,the cold chain logistics supply chain suffers from internal and external risks from supply chain,just like enterprises benefit distribution,transmission of information,changes about environment and policy.With the gradual increase in risks,the cold chain logistics supply chain often occurs fracture,and it will need a long time to recover from fracture.Although supply chain resilience cannot directly change the risk from the cold chain logistics supply chain,but they can respond to characterize risk in a short time and have the ability to make cold chain logistics supply chain recover to the early state from risks as much as possible.Evaluating the resilience of the cold chain logistics supply chain and identifying the key factors that affects the resilience can help to strengthen the cold chain logistics supply chain resilience,improve the responding speed of supply chain risks,reduce the possibility of the impact of risks and ensure the level of the cold chain logistics in this area.Due to the above analysis,this paper firstly discusses the fracture problem of cold chain logistics supply chain,and clarifies the purpose and significance of this paper.Then it summarizes the domestic and foreign research of cold chain logistics and supply chain resilience,and clarifies the research direction.The connotation of the resilience of the cold chain logistics supply chain is defined,and then the factors of the cold chain logistics supply chain are analyzed from five aspects: personal,material,economy,management and environment.After analyzing the characteristics of the resilience factors,it builds the cold chain logistics Supply Chain Resilience Evaluation Model.Then it builds cold chain logistics Evaluation Index System of Supply Chain Resilience based on cold chain logistics supply chain resilience features.And,using the Cloud Model complex evaluation method to evaluate,measure the cold chain logistics supply chain resilience and finally,verifying the reasonableness of the model by using a case called Enterprise L.At the same time,the calculation results of each evaluation index are ordered and the key factors influencing the resilience of the Enterprise L cold chain supply chain are determined.Finally,it summarizes the research results of the whole paper,and explores the following research direction.The results show that the resilience of the enterprise L cold chain supply chain is in the "very good" level.At the same time,personal factors are the most important factors influencing the enterprise L cold chain logistics supply chain.The evaluation results will provide the basis for the cold chain logistics supply chain of enterprise L to deal with the risks and ensuring the cold chain logistics service level in the region.
