Research On Comprehensive Evaluation And Improving Strategy Of Supply Chain Resilience

With the economy globalization,supply chain face increasing risks inside and outside while creating great benefit and interest.Compared to daily risks of supply chain,unexpected risks have the characteristics of low probability and high impact,therefore would cause unestimated damage to the supply chain.Since increasing supply chain resilience could help supply chain resist unexpected risks better,and evaluation of supply chain resilience is one critical step of it,the matter of choosing appropriate method to evaluate and proposing method to increase supply chain resilience have drawn more attention than ever.(1)Establish the comprehensive evaluation index system of supply chain resilience.Combine WSR methodology with literature analysis,on which establish the evaluation index system from multi dimensions and levels.Construct the weight system according to the questionnaire results and data analysis.(2)Proposing the comprehensive evaluation method of supply chain resilience.Select matter-element analysis method as the evaluation method of supply chain resilience based on comparation of commonly used method and uncertainty mathematics method,then build matter-element analysis model to evaluate the index system,which would achieve the comprehensive analysis of supply chain resilience.(3)Proposing the comprehensive improving strategy of supply chain resilience.On the basis of evaluation result and combination of cask theory and valence theory,a comprehensive improving strategy is proposed to expand and deepen the meaning of comprehensive evaluation of supply chain resilience.(4)Empirical analysis of comprehensive evaluation of supply chain resilience.Apply the index system and evaluation model to the empirical analysis of DAF enterprise to verificate rationality of the index system and evaluation model,then propose an improving strategy to further imply the correctness of comprehensive evaluation method.In this paper,index system,matter-element model and improving strategy are respectively established on the basis of WSR mehodology,matter-element method,and comprehensive optimization method,which offers a new view to understand supply chain resilience and reference value to relative study and further research.
