With the popularization of mobile Internet and mobile payment,the sharing economy based on the mode of O2 O,as a new type of cooperative economy,has been expanding and growing rapidly,and has become a new economic form with great prospects.It can be said that O2 O represents a new concept and is also the result of the common progress of the current economic model and communication model.People exchange information through the developed communication industry,and then realize the exchange of goods.Overall,the O2 O model represents a result of resource optimization,and it is also an inevitable requirement of resource optimal allocation brought about by contemporary social development.The so-called shared economy refers to the economic activity that uses information technology,such as the Internet,to meet diverse needs by integrating and sharing idle resources.Compared with the traditional economy,this shared economy has the advantages of "three lows and three highs".The three highs are high efficiency,high experience and high credibility,while the three lows are low cost,low threshold and low pollution.This paper takes the business model of shared economy as the research object,uses the methods of literature,interview and case analysis,and takes the drip-out behavior as an example to analyze the background of the development of O2 O and shared economy,elaborates the related theory of shared economy business model,and analyses the sharing economy based on O2 O from the aspects of platform driving factors,the main body of industrial value chain,operation mode and risk control.The current situation of DiDi's business model.The current business model of drip travel is advanced and representative.At the same time,the existing problems are pointed out,including imperfect credit system,single marketing channel,intensified competition of product homogeneity,imperfect customer service system,and inadaptability to current laws,regulations and policies.Through the analysis of these problems,from the aspects of perfecting credit system,expanding platform promotion,innovating marketingmethods,exerting idle capacity,improving supervision system,strengthening division of labor and cooperation,the paper also puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for improving the business model of shared enterprises.
