The Business Model Innovation Based On Shared Economic Research

The State Council Executive Li Keqiang chaired the State Council Executive Meeting held on October 30,2017.After a conference study,he reviewed and approved the "Guiding Opinions on Deepening Internet + Advanced Manufacturing Industry and Developing Industrial Internet." The conference' s ideological endeavors are the spirit of the party' s Nineteenth Congress,and it is a multi-faceted approach to the socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the recent Pingping era.It proposes three major functional systems,namely network,platform,and security,to promote the construction of a modern economic system.Through the integration of technologies such as cloud computing and smart terminals,the new business model of the "sharing economy" has thrived.Mobike,Airbnb,Home Away,Tujia Company,Ant Short Rental,Pig Short Term Rental,Travelling World,Wood Bird Short Term Rental,Living Baijia,etc.are developing in full swing.However,academic scholars have not studied relevant theories.Balanced with the speed of development of the sharing economy.In this paper,through the study and evaluation of the business model innovations of the droplets,the innovation of the sharing economy business model can be intuitively reflected.In terms of theory,this paper provides a novel theoretical basis for the innovation of business models in the sharing economy.In practice,it constructs an evaluation system for the business model innovation of Didi's trips and evaluates them,which is conducive to the strategic decision making of Didi Chuxing.This article consists of six parts.The first is the introduction.The introduction part mainly focuses on the significance,methods,and background of the article.It lays a solid foundation for this article.The second chapter is the concept definition and related theories.It lists the related concepts of business model,business model innovation,020 business model,sharing economy and shared travel at home and abroad,and provides a theoretical basis for this study.The third part introduces the innovation of the sharing economy business model,compares it with the traditional economic business model,and finds out the characteristics and differences between the two to facilitate the later research.The fourth chapter is case analysis.First,it will introduce the development of DDT travel,introduce its business and financing process,and then describe the innovative business models of DDT.The three-dimensional case of the trip will be vividly listed in the text.The fifth chapter constructs the evaluation system,and then sums up nine evaluation factors.The fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to evaluate,evaluate and conduct empirical analysis.The last part is the conclusion and outlook.This part is more subjective and provides some insights on the innovation of the droplet travel mode and shared mode.There is a big difference between the sharing economy business model and the traditional economic business model.In terms of supply and demand,the two sides had a clear-cut position.Under the sharing economy business model,the supply of products or services could be the consumers themselves.In terms of resource allocation,the sharing economy business model maximizes the use of social resources,and it creates values such as real-time efficient matching,idle resource utilization,and sharing to all people.In the process of China's shared economic development,problems such as the improvement of credit systems and the homogeneity of competition,regulatory loopholes,and imperfect laws and regulations remain.Domestic enterprises must improve their operations,strengthen self-discipline,and integrate industrial resources.The Chinese government should provide partial support for relevant policies,formulate relevant laws and regulations,implement information security measures for sharing platforms,improve the credit system,and explore the sharing economy,so as to promote the healthy development of China's shared economy.
