"Enterprise system reform" is A major reform measure in China's current economic field.The restructuring unit is faced with a huge organizational change situation,encountering problems such as the departure of core employees,the mismatch between the management system of the old institutions and the modern enterprise management system,and the inability to adapt to the new market competition environment after the change of enterprises.This paper takes the employee turnover as the research object,and systematically sorts out the research on employee turnover and institutional restructuring at home and abroad.Based on interview research and questionnaire survey,quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis are combined,and the employee resigns after the a unit is changed.Based on the typical system analysis,the paper analyzes the deep-seated reasons for the employees' resignation in the context of “business reform”,including low salary and welfare level,more career promotion bottlenecks,and unscientific employee training system.The corporate culture needs to be innovated,the evaluation incentive mechanism is rigid,the employee's identity is not adapted,and the countermeasures to reduce the employee turnover rate under the background of“changing the enterprise” are mainly to optimize the salary and welfare system,improve the career promotion channel,and target employees.Training,strengthening corporate culture,improving the evaluation and incentive mechanism,and guiding the transformation of employee status through multiple channels.
