E-commerce is a trade based in the Internet,and it is a quite new sphere of economy which is developing very fast all over the world.China and Russia cooperate in E-commerce more and more every day.The endless proliferation of E-commerce has created a new area for Sino-Russian cooperation.China is the most prominent Russian e-commerce partner,90% of online purchases come from China.Aliexpress is the biggest and the most popular Chinese platform of Alibaba.E-commerce helps Russian and Chinese companies to increase its participation in different international markets.E-commerce requires less costs for creating businesses,economic crisis less influences it.Russian market has huge potential for development,Chinese Alibaba takes over Russian Internet market more and more,which helps Russians buy cheaper goods.Among shortcomings,there are not very well developed infrastructure and logistics,mistrust of Russians and preference to pay cash on delivery,protection policies.The paper is organized as follows.Chapter I provides information about E-commerce and its historical background.Chapter II presents E-commerce in Russia and in China,brief history overview of e-commerce developing in each country.Chapter III provides information on Sino-Russian cooperation overview,sanctions as a reason to turn to China,Sino-Russian cooperation in the sphere of e-commerce,includes historical background and overview of this cooperation,analysis of Chinese and Russian E-commerce,presents Ecommerce system structure,Sino-Russian E-commerce development overview,shows benefits and pitfalls faced by countries.
