The domestic and foreign agricultural development experience shows that one of the important content and marked as agricultural standardization of modern agriculture,is an important technical basis of agricultural industrialization is the inevitable choice to solve the "three rural issues",make agricultural products into the international market,and more is to ensure the effective way to improve the quality and safety of agricultural products.The work of agricultural standardization has been highly valued by the party and the state.But at present,there are still many obstacles in the implementation of agricultural standards in China,which affects the implementation effect of agricultural standardization.At present,in the present situation of the practice and Research on the standardization of ginseng planting in Changbai County,the standard enacting work has made great achievements,but "standard implementation".Progress is relatively slow.The safety of ginseng has become the focus of attention of consumers and the government,and standardized planting will become the inevitable trend of planting ginseng.In order to ensure the quality and safety of ginseng,ginseng to achieve standardized planting,the Changbai County farmers as the research object,using ginseng standardized planting behavior based on the investigation,Changbai County,300 farmers,mainly from farmers individual characteristics,family characteristics,cognitive level,market factors,factors affecting the specific measurement variables five dimensions of the government to explore the influence factors of farmers standardized planting behavior.Based on the descriptive analysis of the survey data,we build an analysis system of the planting behavior of the farmers.Through the establishment of the two yuan Logistic regression model,we conduct an empirical analysis to identify the restricting factors and the direction of action that affect the farmers' planting behavior.The results show that the market perceived risk,farmers in the planting area and the standardization of government cognition,technical support,quality and safety awareness,ginseng ginseng farming education,factors have significant influence on farmers planting behavior,reveals the influence factors,the main influence of agricultural planting behavior and deep.Time problems.Based on the above research conclusions,some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are provided to promote the development of ginseng standardization.Including increase investment in rural education,improve the rural labor quality;improve the quality of ginseng security awareness,increase the standardization of ginseng planting propaganda;to carry out various forms of training activities,improve farmers standardized planting technology level;reduce market risk,increase the subsidy policy.
