| In recent years,considering current characteristics of China's economic development situation of the new norm,our country has issued a series of macroeconomic regulation and control policy to promote the real estate industry into a new historical period of development.With the changing economic environment and changing in the status of the real estate industry in the national economy,the real estate market is also changing in inherent power of developing,and the relationship between supply and demand,which has given great challenge to the business model of rely on land value appreciation,market expectation,or fast inventory turnaround.It is very important to do research on Company A's developing strategy,so to maintain the company's sustainable developming situation and gain high performance.This thesis used the strategy management theory and the relative theories to analyze deeply the outside environments and inside features.According to the research,Company A has developed preliminarily from the real estate investment company to a multi-format integrated development company,which business covers the whole country.The company has gained advantages of getting the support of the group company,having the background of centrally-administered group company,construction business superiority and synergy industry resources attached to the group company,which can give the company a good foundation to fully integrate internal and external resources,seize external opportunities and make differentiated business model and deal with external challenges,while the company is still existing disadvantages of lower efficiency on project developing turnovers,higher rates on assets and liabilities,insufficient abilities on resource integration,and inferior core human teams' qualities,etc.Based on this result,the thesis discussed the company's strategic developing statics under the new normal situation of long-term of macro-regulation measures adopted,and chose making full use of inner advantage,grasp outside opportunities as strategic direction,made three-steps' strategic implementation statics,that is,first step to improve turnover rates,second step to enter into new business field and forester new developing zone,and third step to introduce strategic investment to insure the sustainable development.Based on the analysis of current development and the real estate industry competition situation,the important breakthrough points of the A company is making strategies to grasp the external opportunities and internal advantages,revitalize the existing projects,and enhance the level of corporate performance.The research can guide the company to define its strategic position,allocate the company's resources rationally and build the strategic support system for company's development,so to improve its profitability,enhance its core competitiveness,and promote the sustainable development.At the same time,the result can also provide some references for other similar enterprises. |
