The Research On Spatial Difference And Optimization Of New Urbanization Quality In Hebei Province

The development of urbanization is an important engine to promote economic growth.Since the "people-oriented" development strategy of new urbanization proposed in 2013,the improvement of the quality of new urbanization has become an important way to promote economic development,and improving the quality of new urbanization is the most important to promote new urbanization.Hebei Province is in the location containing Beijing and Tianjin metropolis as well as along the Bohai Sea.However,there are some problems faced with it,such as the low quality of new urbanization,traffic congestion,imperfect urban infrastructure,environmental pollution and serious haze and haze.The paper analyzes the regional spatial difference of the urbanization development of 11 prefecture-level cities in Hebei Province from data of 2005 to 2014 and constructs system dynamics model using the main influencing factors of the urbanization development,taking Hebei province's new urbanization development as the research background.Finally it provides some feasibility recommendations to enhance the quality of new urbanization of Hebei Province.This paper analyzes the spatial variation of urbanization quality in Hebei province,and finds that the quality of new urbanization in 11 prefecture-level cities in still has great spatial differences.Qinhuangdao and Shijiazhuang develops better,while Xingtai,Hengshui,and Zhangcheng districts are some poor,and the overall development show a northeast-southwest pattern,with Qin-Shi as the central axis.The aggregation effect is obvious and there is an expansion along the trend.After that,using the system dynamics model,the article draws the main factors which affect its quality development on the basis of the common factor analysis.Based on this,a causal feedback map and a system model are built to analyze the causal feedback relationship among the variables in the system.The simulation results show that the coordinated development of subsystems is the best way to improve the quality of new urbanization.Finally,the paper points out that to improve the quality of new urbanization in Hebei Province,it is possible to promote the new urbanization quality by constructing the regional development path according to local conditions,adjusting and upgrading the industrial structure optimization,perfecting the social labor employment system and protecting the ecological environment.In this way,it can enhance economic development for the provision of sustained power.
