The Research On The Evaluation Of The Efficiency Of Public Housing Resources Allocation In Hebei Province

Hebei province has basically formed the public rental housing based multi-level housing security system,but work in public housing in advance,some problems need to solve,such as public housing layout is not reasonable,public housing fund shortage,housing shortage.At the same time,China's economy has entered the downstream channel,the central government also strive to promote the structural reform of the supply side,in order to solve the problem of resource allocation structure reform.Hebei province's public housing construction work there is a mismatch of resources and the efficiency of resource allocation problems in the new economic and policy environment,to solve these problems in the planning of housing security in Hebei province has put forward higher requirements,higher standards.Although scholars at domestic and abroad from a lot of perspective on public housing to do a deep research,There are little research in the area of public housing allocation resources.In the new normal social development environment to realize the reasonable allocation of public housing resources,to find the effective measures to improve the efficiency of a very important practical significance.This study through the double efficiency evaluation of Hebei province construction model,the efficiency of resource allocation and efficiency evaluation of Hebei Province,based on the evaluation results,the factors influencing efficiency of Tobit regression model,and uses gray relational analysis of the coordination of input factors and the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the efficiency are given based on the results of the data analysis.The main conclusions of this paper include:First,the related theory of Hebei real resource allocation efficiency,guarantee from theoretical analysis,public housing resources allocation efficiency of the background and significance of the research on the research framework and research route,the efficiency of domestic and foreign real security review.After that,this paper expounds the concept and classification of the housing,analyzes the historical evolution of our country's security room,explains the related theories of the public housing and the related theories of the resource allocation efficiency evaluation.Secondly,from the analysis of the realistic path,public housing construction as the core benefit of public housing has a strong representation,then analyzes the factors that influence the public housing construction quantities such as the supply of land area,the total economy,city population,and the use of correlation analysis to research and analysisthe various factors and the correlation coefficient of public housing on this basis,construction of the security evaluation index system of real resources allocation efficiency,to further evaluate the efficiency of resource allocation to lay the foundation for public housing.Finally,from the empirical analysis of Hebei Province,low-income housing resources allocation efficiency by using the DEA method from the whole country and Hebei Province,the two dimensions,and the correlation between the Tobit model of low-income housing resources allocation efficiency and factor analysis,and using the gray correlation degree of coordination between the input factors analysis.According to the empirical results on how to improve the efficiency of public housing in Hebei Province,how to improve the efficiency of the allocation of resources to do a preliminary discussion.
