Container Rear Production Efficiency Promotion Research Based On TPS

The birth of the lean production mode brings various methods and tools for the higher efficiency in container parts production.Container parts manufactured by the traditional previous process led to excessive high inventory level,which not only enlarges the production difficulty,but also causes unnecessary waste of raw materials.The final result must be faced is the unit cost raised with market share declined.But overcapacity has brought serious problems,firstly,the TEU price drops considerably in recent years with the fact that production scale and sales grew,however profit margins declined;secondly,the current situation we have to face is operating rate insufficiency and waste of resources;finally is the enterprise revenue landslide year by year.Under the circumstances,the container enterprises need to change ideas,transform strategy,make full use of idle resources,improve production efficiency and reduce production costs to survive in the current economic environment.With the current situation considered,sampled by a single box hour cost,this pater aims at trying to solve the problem of low production profit and constant raising labor cost by the fine management and optimized production efficiency.Based on the whole process of container production,combined with the tools and methods of industrial engineering and lean production,this paper analyzes and summarizes the existing problems and causes to implement the improvement.Specifically: 1,using professional tools such as industrial engineering,analysis of the container production and logistics box production process to find out the main problems;2,the tools and methods of standardized operation,action analysis of the current operation,drawing a line diagram to improve the abnormal working procedure.3,By reducing inventory level and WIP,thereby,to reduce the cost;4,With the transportation logistics,research and analysis in the whole production process and the study of logistics delivery of the advantages and disadvantages to find out the optimal logistics delivery way.
