Since the promulgation of the regulations on direct selling administration in 2005,business personnel specializing in direct selling have appeared.In recent years,especially after the revision of the regulations on direct selling management in 2017,the direct selling industry has witnessed a rapid development,and more and more marketers are interested in and engaged in direct selling.Over the past two decades,many people have achieved some success in the direct selling industry and many have failed to meet the initial expectations.There are many factors influencing marketing personnel,among which willpower,as a factor that can make people produce great energy,also has a certain important impact.In view of this,In this paper,the marketing personnel in wujixian(China)Limited company who obtained the license of direct selling in the first batch are taken as the research object,and the working state and the willpower of marketing personnel in wujixian(China)Limited company are studied in the actual work.Firstly,this paper expounds the research background,significance and content.Then combining with the theoretical review of the research direction,the framework of this paper is constructed.Thirdly,this paper uses questionnaire,interview,statistical method and literature analysis method to sort out the current situation and problems of the willpower of marketing personnel in wujixian(China)Limited company.Fourthly,combining questionnaire survey data and interview data,this paper analyzes the willpower of marketing personnel in wujixian(China)Limited company.Fifth,combined with the previous research,put forward countermeasures and Suggestions;Sixth,summarize the deficiencies in the research and look into the future.Based on the comprehensive existing research enterprise literatures at home and abroad for reference,on the basis of on-the-spot interview,analyzes the infinite pole China co.,LTD.,marketers will power status,combined with the survey data and the interview material found infinite pole problems China co.,LTD.,marketers will mainly embodies in the individual level,the interpersonal level,organization level and management level and so on several aspects based on the above research results,this article in view of the infinite pole China co.,LTD.,marketers will mainly put forward the following countermeasures: first,focus on the individual characteristics of culture;Second,improve incentive policies;Third,improve their comprehensive quality;Fourth,keep a positive and optimistic attitude.Due to various reasons,the interviewees selected in this paper are basically from xinjiang,which may not fully explain the special problems of infinite marketing personnel in other Chinese cities.In the future,samples from cities with different environments and scales can be selected for investigation by expanding the research scope.
