Performance evaluation is an important method for the assessment of enterprises in our country.It is the best way to keep the best employees.As a SH company also in the implementation of performance appraisal,SH company employees on their performance appraisal is also very concerned about.A good performance appraisal system will promote SH company's healthy and rapid development,will effectively improve the enthusiasm of every employee can enable sh company outstanding staff heartily give play to their talent,at the same time,the performance is not good employees to enhance the motivation,finally make the realization of SH company business goals.In this paper,the author first the theoretical knowledge of performance appraisal were analysis and research,and then analyzes the existing problems of SH company employee performance appraisal system,secondly in the analysis using questionnaire method to analyze and summarize,finds out the problems existed in the performance appraisal of SH company,optimization design of SH company employee performance appraisal system,and finally put forward the process and measures of SH company employee performance appraisal system for the implementation of the.Hope the designed evaluation scheme and implementation of safeguard measures is helpful to enhance the company performance to a new level,to better mobilize staff enthusiasm and initiative,to promote the company's healthy development.
