After six years of development,the HC company is a strategic transformation to "comprehensive wealth management" from the network lending intermediary platform simply,corresponding systems and policies are constantly updated,although achieved some degree of success,but there are still many problems,the single incentive mechanism for employees in non human obvious characteristics.Human resources,as a strategic resource of the emerging industry,its status is also very significant.This paper argues that the development of HC company and employees are synchronous and will use the staff motivation,to a proper extent,can help to every HC employee,mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of their autonomy,create a more substantial,more efficient and more lasting benefits to the enterprise HC company,HC company stands but in the fierce competition in the market;at the same time,also can let you grow in the enterprise employees rapid growth into maturity in the process of recognition and social value of professional skills Recognition etc..But if HC has been the implementation of inappropriate incentives will only be counterproductive,not only will the staff's enthusiasm and initiative,but also affect the long-term development of the enterprise itself.Based on the above background,this paper first introduces the theory and concepts of human resource motivation.Then according to the HC company incentive mechanism and the actual situation of the existing incentive were analyzed and summarized,that the current incentive mechanism of HC company needs improving in some defects,including the salary and performance appraisal system,training system,humanistic spirit etc.On this basis,according to the guidance of the relevant incentive theory to optimize the design of the incentive mechanism,and put forward the corresponding solutions and strategies.
