| In China,The economic develop sustained and rapidly.The energy shortage has become a bottleneck restricting the development of our country's economy,thus saving energy has become a long-term policy of our country.TV products using high frequency,high energy consumption,in order to let the consumer can compare different TV when buying the energy efficiency of products,national energy efficiency for TV product identity management,to guide and help consumers choose energy-efficient energy-saving products.The energy efficiency grade is one of important measures of performance for television TV products,higher efficiency grade represents the higher energy efficiency,this is an important selling point to attract consumers,and the national emphasis on energy conservation and emissions reduction,has a tendency to better policy for energy-efficient products,such as eligible for government procurement list.LX company strive to improve their level of energy efficiency of smart TV,can not only consumer satisfaction of products,also can broaden its sales channels,a better sales.In this paper,using six sigma management DMAIC improvement method,determine the key of the project to improve the quality of TV product energy efficiency index,and the energy efficiency of existing index measurement system is analyzed,and then find out the five efficiency index potential key factors of influence: the power board design,dynamic backlight,display screen version of the optical current and power fluctuation value,then according to the measured sample data collection and data collection,through the analysis of the data to find out the real three key factors: dynamic backlight,the optical current and power fluctuation,and then through the DOE experiment design to find the best value combination of three key factors,then to control the value of these factors,and through the results,efficiency index had increased significantly,increase energy efficiency for energy efficiency grade from level 3 to level 2. |
