With the increasing number of elderly people in China,while paying attention to the health problems of the elderly,the spiritual and cultural needs of the elderly have increasingly become an important issue of social concern.After retirement,the elderly have a lot of free time,idle time for middle-aged and elderly people.In terms of a large number of leisure activities,tourism has become a spiritual and recreational way for the elderly to meet their material needs.At the same time,tourism is one of China's major fast-growing industries.In the context of an aging population,tourism in the tourism industry has become an important part of tourism and a new important growth point for tourism.At present,most of the tourism companies in the market have insufficient understanding of the elderly tourism market,pay insufficient attention to market segmentation and positioning,and lack a corresponding marketing strategy system.Old-age tourism products cannot fully meet the diversified needs of customers.This paper uses the theoretical basis of management marketing to analyze the current tourism products of S companies for the elderly and solve the marketing strategy of the company in the elderly tourism market.In this paper,PEST,7P,five-force model,STP and other theoretical foundations are used as guidance.The current management status of S company has been systematically and meticulously researched.The study believes that the macro-environment of the whole market will help the development of the elderly tourism market,although competition The environment is fierce,but at the same time it is also an opportunity to introduce new products and make the service more refined.Based on the current development and market conditions,the company will position the market for the elderly tourism products,and use the purpose of tourism and age as variables to conduct market segmentation and classification.Four major markets,and developed theme tours,recreation,migratory bird-style tourism projects,specific pricing strategies for each project,and proposed in terms of sales channels,promotion methods,personnel,processes,and physical displays.
