In China, we have just started to build large elderly livable community in recent years. However, with the dramatically increase of senior citizens in our country, there is no doubt that the numbers of apartment for this group will be climbed sharply in the next ten years. What’s more, nowadays, the group of old people wants to have a such beautiful living conditions as perfect gardens、developed medical facilities and comfortable entertainment activities. According to the particularity of the aged person, it is significant that we should develop the products of the livable community to resolve the problem. Owing to the importance of this issue, we need to set out detail plans for this project.
