Analysis On The Improvement Of Transport Community In Sanshui District,Foshan City

It is very important to give priority to the public transport in the development of urban traffic in China.The development of public transportation has been regarded as a national strategy.In 2006,the Ministry of Construction,the National Development and Reform Commission,Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Labor and Social Security jointly issued a document,giving a variety of preferential policies for the development of public transport.It was pointed out that the input of urban public transport should be mainly based on government investment and the input,subsidy and compensation mechanism of urban public transport should be improved.Considering the vital role the passenger transportation industry has played in the development of people's livelihood and economic and social development of the city,Foshan city plans to form TC bus integration management system with distinctive features within 5 years,aiming at making Foshan become a leading national model city on transit systems in China.Taking Sanshui district for example,with the rapid development of social economy,the masses have put forward higher requirements for public transport services in recent years.Therefore,it is necessary to reform the old bus management mode,resulting from not only the need for the implementation of bus priority,the improvement of urban positioning and the realization of "Dream of Billions",but also the need for the optimization of resources of public transport and the improvement of the people's livelihood.Under the background that Foshan municipal government has been pursuing the transformation and upgrading of public transportation industry,this paper regards Sanshui District as a case to study.Comparing the practice of domestic and foreign TC management,and learning from related research methods and results,the paper explores the strategies to improve Sanshui bus TC management mode from the perspective of the new challenges and problems brought by the public transportation in Sanshui public transportation reform,and puts forward the suitable optimization scheme of local bus community management.All these strategies are based on the following considerations: the government financial investment,public transportation operation cost accounting,enterprise supervision,knowledge of TC(transport community),people's willingness to ride as well as continuous promotion of the service level of TC(transport community).
