Research On The Dilemma And Countermeasures Of Rural Environmental Pollution Control In Yangzhou Development Zone

General Secretary Xi said:gold and silver as beautiful scenery.China is in the critical stage of accelerating the pace of urbanization,the development zone of Yangzhou city to seize the historical opportunity,efforts to promote rural transformation,emphasis on "ecological environment development zone is one of the biggest advantage,if there is a conflict between economic development and protect the environment,we must not hesitate to choose to protect the environment;to observe the ecological bottom line,maintenance of ecological safety" to promote the construction of focus gradually shifted to the suburbs of rural public resources,began to tilt to the suburban and rural areas,and achieved good results in the rural environmental protection and social development.However,the development of rural ecological environment is still a bottleneck and urgent problem that restricts the coordinated development of urban and rural areas.Therefore,it is very important and urgent to improve the rural ecological environment protection.Through the research,this article from the industrial pollution,agricultural non-point source pollution,life pollution and other secondary life pollution control four perspectives:measures and effects of rural ecological environment governance in Yangzhou City Development Zone,the content,problems,and Governance Dilemma and its reason are summarized,finally from strengthening the ecological environment the concept of governance,establish and improve relevant systems and regulations of environmental protection,the implementation of governance mechanism of regulatory responsibility,improve the governance of the main executive power and efficiency,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions in five aspects of changing the development mode of development and structure adjustment.
