In recent years,the country has made substantial progress in infrastructure construction and the process of modernization has been accelerated.The production of concrete is exploding.The traditional monitoring system can not satisfy the monitoring function that users need when they are far away from the host computer,and there is no effective method to find the reason when there is an abnormal fault.In this paper,we will focus on the concrete production process data acquisition,computer monitoring and fault behavior research.Firstly,the research background,research status and related technologies are introduced.Then,based on Modbus protocol and UDP protocol,instrument monitoring based on We Chat small program is implemented.The data acquisition process is described in detail,and the function and communication scheme of central data processing are described.Finally,the development process of We Chat small program is introduced in detail.Based on the abnormal batching data of concrete production,three kinds of batching abnormal behaviors were defined,and association rule analysis was used to explore the cause of the failure.The upper computer monitoring software is realized by configuration software,which explains in detail the integrated management function of the system,the principle of PLC data acquisition and the realization process of the upper computer monitoring software.In this paper,We Chat Mini Program and batching behavior analysis are introduced into the traditional concrete production monitoring system through the study of the above technical methods,which realizes the innovation of adding remote monitoring function and batching behavior analysis on the basis of the traditional monitoring system,aiming at improving the working efficiency of the concrete mixing station.
