China's coal resources are abundant and the coal industry is developing rapidly.With the continuous expansion of the production scale of the coal preparation plant,the requirements for the centralized control system of the coal preparation plant are also increasing.The new requirements have made the application of the centralized control system of the coal preparation plant inevitable.The research on the application of centralized control system in coal preparation plant has certain theoretical significance and practical value.This paper mainly studies the application of remote monitoring system in A coal mine.In view of the backward control mode of the coal yard equipment,low automation level,low production efficiency,etc.,combined with the production process and control requirements of the coal mine mast warehouse,the Compact Logix1769 series PLC and I produced by Rockwell are proposed.As a control core,the /O module realizes a centralized control solution for the A coal mine warehouse equipment.This paper mainly completed the control strategy of the control equipment in accordance with the reverse coal flow sequence and the stop of the coal flow according to the process flow of the coal mine silo warehouse and the characteristics of each workshop equipment.Among them,the centralized control system uses Rockwell's CompactLogix control system.The lower software uses Logix5000,the upper software is FactoryTalkViewSE,the controller uses CompactLogix1769-L32 E and CompactLogix1769-L35 E,and the I/O module selects 1769 series module.Among them,according to the variety of on-site equipment and the requirements of the jigging process of the A-cracking warehouse,the silo equipment is locked by the coal flow,centralized control and automatic start-stop equipment.The jigging workshop main coal flow related equipment sets the locking relationship,and other equipment can independently control the start and stop control strategy.According to control strategy and control requirements.The system is divided into two control stations: the screening building control station and the jigging workshop.Ethernet communication is used to ensure the stability of system network communication.The hardware selection and configuration were carried out for the number and type of devices controlled by the two control stations,and the hardware design of the remote monitoring system was completed,which provided the hardware foundation for the realization of the remote monitoring system.In the design of the lower computer and the upper computer software of the remote monitoring system,the system lower computer software adopts Logix5000 programming software.The host computer software uses FactoryTalkViewSE programming software.In the operation screen,the operator equipment fault alarm information can be clearly indicated and the inquiry record function can be ensured to ensure the safe operation of the A coal mine dome storage.Through the test work of the remote monitoring system,verify the availability and practicability of the remote monitoring system in the A mine silo application.The research and application of the system effectively reduces the possible failure problems of the remote monitoring system in the future operation and production,and provides a test basis for the maintenance and use of the remote monitoring system in the middle and late application of the A coal mine.The automation level of the A-cylinder warehouse was improved,and the operation mode of the manual on-site control equipment was changed,and the remote centralized automation control method was realized.It saves manpower and material resources,effectively saves energy and reduces consumption,increases the economic benefits of enterprises,and improves the competitiveness of the market.
