In order to solve the problem of phosphorus pollutants in the Three Gorges Reservoir area,the microbial fertilizer(hereinafter referred to as "bacterial fertilizer ")was prepared by using leek,a common crop in the ecological barrier area in the middle section of the Three Gorges Reservoir area.Total 6 nutrient treatments were designed,including :1 CK,no fertilization treatment;2 T1,bacterial fertilizer treatment;3 T2,organic fertilizer treatment;4 T3,bacterial fertilizer organic fertilizer treatment;5 T4,soil testing formula(fertilizer)treatment;6 bacteria fertilizer soil testing formula(fertilizer)treatment.The physical and chemical indexes of rhizosphere soil and the physiological and biochemical indexes of leek were determined,and then the effects of inorganic phosphorus-reducing bacteria fertilizer on the growth of leek were analyzed.The test results are as follows:1)bacterial fertilizer can significantly increase the number of soil bacteria,fungi,actinomycetes.Especially compared with the control group(CK),the number of bacteria increased by 176.00%,the number of fungi increased by 62.00%,and the number of actinomycetes increased by 15.93%.However,the soil microbial survival rate decreased slightly after mixed application of inorganic fertilizer.2)bacterial fertilizer can obviously improve the soil pH value and increase the content of soil organic matter and soil available nutrients.The soil pH value of each fertilizer treatment was 4.78%,0.54%,4.93%,8.25% lower than that of bacterial fertilizer treatment,but the pH value of organic fertilizer was 4.46% higher than that of single microbial fertilizer,but the soil pH value increased 4.46%.For the content of soil organic matter,the application of bacterial fertilizer,organic fertilizer,the control component Do not increase 1.57%,0.55%,4.98%,it can be seen: the increase of organic matter in soil with single application of organic fertilizer is not obvious,but the organic matter can increase by 0.43% after organic fertilizer is added with bacterial fertilizer;compared with the soil test formula,the soil test formula with bacterial fertilizer can increase by 4.41%.For soil available nutrient content,soil available nutrient content was 78.17% higher than that of control,and soil available nutrient content was about 18.38% higher than that of single applied fertilizer(T5),while organic fertilizer and bacterial fertilizer combined application might result in lower soil available nutrient content than that of control group due to the decomposition effect of pHospHorus releasing bacteria.3)application of bacterial fertilizer can increase the morpHological indexes of leek.The results showed that the fresh weight of chives increased by 1.14%~4.81%,the plant height increased by 4.80%~7.67%,the leaf number increased by 34.78%~43.48%,the root number increased by 24.19% and the chloropHyll content increased by 19.35%.76~6.76 %.4)the same nutrient conditions,different fertilization treatments can increase the soluble sugar content and soluble protein content of chives,and the effect of high-efficiency pHospHorus-relieving microbial fertilizer on the soluble protein content of chives is the most significant,90.37% higher than that of the control group,and 41.67%higher than that of the control group.5)bacterial fertilizer has remarkable effect on reducing nitrate content of leek.Compared with the control group,the nitrate content of chives treated with bacterial fertilizer decreased by about 11.97%,and the nitrate content of bacterial fertilizer could be reduced by about 23.60%~52.56%,compared with the treatment of single application of inorganic fertilizer and organic fertilizer.6)fertilization treatments had a certain effect on the resistance of leek to stress,which showed that superoxide dismutase(SOD)decreased 2.98%~80.69%,catalase(CAT)increased 2.81%,22.58%,peroxidase(POD)increased 16.79%~26.02%,MDA content increased 8.84% and 78.05%.In general,compared with other fertilization treatments,the application of bacterial fertilizer can improve the plant growth environment,while the application of organic fertilizer and inorganic fertilizer has a certain effect on the growth environment of leek,and the mixed application of high efficiency pHospHorus releasing microbial fertilizer can improve this pHenomenon by a small margin,increase the resistance of leek.To sum up,the application of bacterial fertilizer can improve the pHysiological and biochemical indexes of leek,so as to improve the quality of leek,and the effect of combination with organic fertilizer and inorganic fertilizer is better;but in the aspect of stress resistance of leek,the effect of single application of bacterial fertilizer is more significant.Moreover,bacterial fertilizer can improve the environment and properties of soil and promote the growth of leek;it can also replace part of chemical fertilizer,thus reducing the use of chemical fertilizer.Therefore,the use of inorganic pHospHorous bacteria fertilizer can alleviate the problem of pHospHorus pollution in the Three Gorges Reservoir area to a certain extent.
