With the development of urbanization and the strength of environmental protection concept,the development of construction enterprise whose main business is municipal landscape,landscape and vegetation recovery is rapid.However,companies,enjoying the harvest brought by opportunity,have to take the future long-term development and strategic choice in consideration.Obviously,the opportunity is temporary.The decision of the appropriate development strategy is the fundamental approach to sustainable development.The suitable strategy can achieve the predictable target based on the global and directional perspective.Through the analysis of the external opportunities and threats,internal strengths and weaknesses,to establish long-term goal,policy development,and reasonable configuration resource,to reduce risk,to strive for maximum output with minimum input,thereby raising the profit point of growth and create and develop new profit growth point.The analysis of the enterprise existing strategic choice is conducive to reevaluate their value,eliminate the unsuitable strategy and retain the right one;is conducive to help enterprises grasp the dynamics business growth point of profit and cost,avoid the tragedy and reduce the possibility of risk.Construction enterprises,in the traditional management mode,are lack in effective long-term comprehensive management mechanism for their own present situation and the future planning.They can not make a reasonable plan for long-term and total development.Therefore,according to the enterprise situation,the position of enterprise strategic direction,the implementation measures,they can promote enterprises sustainable development.This article takes the Inner Mongolia DongHong construction project limited liability company as an example.Introduce the company’s present situation in management structure,human resources,business strategy and so on.Then point the strategic problems of the company.Analyze the macro environment through PEST and industry competition structure,industry development trend by Porter five forces model,then point out the existing external opportunities and threats of the company.Analyze internal available resources and ability condition,and point out advantages and disadvantages of the company.According to the internal and external analysis,using the SWOT tool to choose the development strategy and competitive strategy of the company,and think that the relatively prudent expansion strategy is suitable for the company,which is focusing on the development of the municipal landscape engineering and ecological greening engineering.Finally,give some suggestion to the company,such as:cultivation of core competitiveness of enterprises,strengthen financial management,optimization of company organizational structure,development of human resource,development of partners in strategy.
