Since the 1970 s,China has gradually developed solar photovoltaics.After more than 40 years of development,the development and utilization of solar photovoltaics in China has taken shape,forming a relatively complete industrial chain,and the product types are relatively complete.The development prospects of photovoltaic industry in China are bright,but the road is extremely tortuous.At present,the market environment is complex and changeable,the situation is tense and the pressure is enormous,and the development challenges are increasing day by day.In the ups and downs,fierce competition market environment,China's photovoltaic industry seeks and formulates a market competition strategy to adapt to its own development reality,to enhance its core competitiveness and achieve brand promotion under the new normal environment,not only to live better,but also to fulfill its social responsibility,to achieve its own in the historical process of winning the battle against poverty and building a well-off society in an all-round way.“ It is extremely necessary and urgent to break cocoons into butterflies and make greater contributions to economic and social development while growing up.X photovoltaic company was established in Jiujiang Export Processing Zone,Jiangxi Province in June 2008.It is a high-tech enterprise,mainly engaged in research,development,production and sales of solar polycrystalline ingots,polycrystalline silicon wafers and monocrystalline silicon wafers.It has developed into a comprehensive operation company with total assets of 6 billion yuan,annual output of42 GW polycrystalline silicon wafers,500 MW modules and terminal link of photovoltaic power station construction.Based on the theoretical research and practical experience of market competition strategy at home and abroad,this paper takes X photovoltaic company as the research object,uses Porter's five-force model,macro-environment analysis model,SWOT analysis,QSPM analysis and other models and methods to analyze the market competition environment,strengths and weaknesses,opportunities and challenges faced by X photovoltaic company,and then puts forward the market of X photovoltaic company.The positioning,selection and implementation strategy of market competition strategy.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The state has actively encouraged the development of new energy sources and issued a number of policies and regulations to support the development of solar photovoltaic industry;sustainable economic and social development and increasing disposable income of residents;expectations and hopes of society for new energy sources,especially photovoltaic poverty alleviation and power generation;and the formation of a complete and scientific industrial chain of solar photovoltaic industry to provide for the development of China's solar photovoltaic industry.The good political,economic,social,cultural and technological environment also provides a huge opportunity for the market competition of X photovoltaic company and makes it more advantageous;(2)The external environment is complex and severe,Sino-US trade friction,and the international market is full of various variables;the domestic economy is stable and changing,worrying,and the economy is facing downward pressure,which makes X photovoltaic company still has disadvantages.Facing severe challenges;(3)X Photovoltaic Company should take the initiative to formulate future development goals,achieve self-expansion and strengthening in active participation in market competition,and orient its market competition strategy to establish a modern enterprise management system with customers as the center,information technology as the means,and customer satisfaction as the main tool,so as to provide economic solar power to strategic partners.Pool wafer,silicon block and polycrystalline silicon ingot chip processing business,silicon material processing into polycrystalline silicon chip business,adhere to the path of professional,large-scale operation,to achieve the mission of "the world's major solar wafer suppliers";(4)X photovoltaic company should implement a differentiated market competition strategy,give full play to its advantages to embrace new market opportunities,and strive to avoid disadvantages to reduce prestige.(5)The implementation of the differentiation market competition strategy of X Photovoltaic Company should focus on the following aspects: devoting oneself to the healthy development of differentiation,conscientiously building a differentiation corporate culture,consistently improving the quality of differentiated services,vigorously implementing the differentiated marketing model,and so on.Construct differentiated talent team and strive for differentiated competitive funds as before.
