Twenty-first Century is the era of talent competition.With talent,we have the core resources and have the ability to develop for a long time.As the core resource of enterprises,how to give full play to the role of human resources 1+1>2 has attracted more and more enterprises' attention and has become an important topic for enterprises.Therefore,human resource management has also become an important part of enterprise management.The training of employees can not only improve the quality of the employees to a certain extent,stimulate the enthusiasm of the employees,but also enhance the overall market competitiveness of the enterprise.With the rapid development of China's energy industry,the machinery manufacturing industry is facing the coexistence of opportunities and challenges.However,with the rapid development of the industry,the efficiency of human resources utilization is relatively low,which is not able to keep pace with the development of enterprises.The contradiction between the two is more prominent.How to improve the professionality of enterprise professionals and improve the efficiency and workflow of existing employees has become an important guarantee for the competitiveness of the company.On the basis of mastering the actual operation situation of the China oil pipeline machinery company,this paper excavated the main problems of the staff training in the pipeline industry and found out the specific reasons for it,and then put forward an important subject with the corresponding policy,maintaining the talent advantage and winning the competitive advantage in the fierce market economy.This article selects the representative enterprises in the pipeline industry,that is,the medium oil pipeline machinery manufacturing limited liability company as the research subject.On the basis of mastering the relevant staff training theory at home and abroad,through the questionnaire survey,it obtains the present situation of the staff training of the company,thus finding out that the employees of the company exist in the training.Problems such as backward management concept,single way to participate in training,formality of training evaluation,and incomplete analysis of training needs.The main reasons for these problems are: lack of staff training needs analysis,staff training team strength relatively weak,training lack of motivation development and incentive,training lack of effect evaluation and feedback mechanism.This paper puts forward specific countermeasures for such problems: improve the training management system,according to the specific needs of employees to carry out Training contents,strengthening training of internal trainers,and strengthening training evaluation effect.
