Research On The Construction Of XP Aviation Dispatcher Training System Based On Competency Model

Flight dispatcher is the core professional and technical personnel on airline operation control work,play organization,coordination,decision-making,and a series of role in the whole operation of the plane,who is the best brain of airlines,determines the safety and efficiency of flight operation.The dispatchers were praised as the pilot on the ground and the machinist but not repair the aircraft.In recent years,in the face of increasingly complex operating environment,which put forward higher requirements to dispatchers' quality and ability,how to promote dispatchers' technical ability,make personnel qualifications conform to the requirements of the post,and then set up a development and appointment system,these are the focus of this paper.In this paper firstly introduce the competence and training and development related theory,combined with the actual,take the XP airline dispatchers' competence for research object,by constructing dispatchers competency model,find out series of key competences required as a high performance dispatcher,in view of the problems existing in the XP airline dispatchers team,put forward the optimization method on training and development,establish security system,to ensure continuous improvement to ascend,so as to support the company's high-speed development.On the other hand,this paper maybe can provide reference for each civil aviation companies to build the training and development system of dispatchers.
