Research On The Positioning And Evaluation Of The Automobile Service Industrial Park Project

In recent years,due to the rapid and stable development of China’s economy,the people’s living standards continuously improving,automobile production and sales growing,and car ownership rising,various parts of the country have established functions including automobile sales,maintenance,used cars,and accessories.The automotive service industry park is expected to develop the automotive service industry in the region with the advantage of industrial clusters.However,the investment,construction,even market cultivation and operation management of the automobile service industrial park project require a lot of manpower,material resources,financial resources and time.Many projects have not conducted enough market research in the early stage of development,making the project positioning simple or broad.Deviation and blind construction have seriously affected the daily operation of the automobile service industry park in the late stage,which eventually led to the failure of project operation.Accurate project positioning is the key to the success of the automotive service industry park project.Therefore,this paper takes the positioning and evaluation of the automobile service industrial park project as the research object,to find out the influencing factors of the automobile service industrial park project positioning and construct the model of positioning of automobile service industrial park project.The evaluation model of positioning is used to evaluate the positioning of the project in order to judge whether the positioning of the project is accurate,to improve the accuracy of project positioning,and to provide a new idea for the positioning and evaluation of the automobile service industrial park project,which has a strong practical reference.This paper is divided into six parts:The first part is the introduction,which summarizes the research background and significance,and briefly describes the research content,research methods and main innovations.The second part outlines the relevant theories of the automobile service industrial park and project positioning.Finally,it puts forward five contents of the automobile service industrial park project positioning:customer positioning,product positioning,regional positioning,functional positioning and operational positioning.The third part comprehensively analyzes the influencing factors of the positioning of the automobile service industrial park project,and uses the questionnaire survey method to divide the influencing factors from the five positioning contents,and constructs an index evaluation system for the influencing factors of the automobile service industrial park project positioning.The fourth part constructs the evaluation model of the positioning of the automobile service industrial park project,and uses the analytic hierarchy process to obtain the relative weight of each influencing factor.Among them,the five indicators of development cost,product planning and design,market demand,population and resource environment,regional planning and government support have a greater impact on the positioning of the automotive service industry park project,and pointed out that the five indexes should be focused on the project positioning.The fifth part is to use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to verify the positioning of the Kaifeng Automobile Service Industrial Park project.The project orientation is good and the validity and accuracy of the model are verified.The sixth part is the conclusion and outlook,summarizes the research conclusions of the full work,points out the inadequacies of this paper,and conducts research prospects.
