With the rapid development of the automobile industry,China’s automobile sales have increased rapidly in the past 10 years.The increase in the number of cars has also aggravated air pollution,and the lightweight of cars has become one of the main means of reducing car weight and pollution.The spread of the COVID-19 has greatly increased the uncertainty of the auto industry,and competition among auto companies has become more and more exciting.The weight reduction of the body-in-white and the creation of more energy-saving and emission-reducing vehicles have become a battleground for all car companies.The emergence of new materials,the application of high-strength steel,the promotion of aluminum sheets,and the maturity of new technologies have greatly increased the diversification of competition and the uncertainty of competition.This article focuses on the new technology to reduce the weight of the white body: laser tailored welding technology.According to the actual production situation of a certain brand of laser tailored welding line of AN company,the general Overall Equipment Effectiveness measurement method in the automotive industry is adopted to determine the operating capacity of the equipment and the management level of the production line.And conduct multidimensional assessment of the initiative of personnel.Analyze the capability level of the production line through a variety of methods,and then formulate a targeted improvement plan.Quantitative analysis method: classify and collect the data to be analyzed for comparative analysis.Benchmarking method: Take the Overall Equipment Effectiveness of a certain production line in a certain workshop of NI company as a benchmark,find the gap,analyze the root cause,and formulate the improvement direction.Quantitative analysis method: mainly used to collect and organize data before and after improvement,make comparisons,and confirm the effectiveness of improvement measures.Analyze the capability level of the production line through a variety of methods,and then formulate a targeted improvement plan.Quantitative analysis: classify and collect the data to be analyzed for comparative analysis.Benchmarking method: Use the overall equipment effectiveness of a certain production line in a workshop of NI as a benchmark to find gaps,analyze the root causes,and formulate improvement directions.Quantitative analysis method:mainly used to collect and organize data before and after improvement,make comparisons,and confirm the effectiveness of improvement measures.After finding the root cause,this paper uses the method of combining theory with practice to improve the existing overall equipment efficiency.The overall equipment efficiency is improved from three management directions,namely: equipment management,personnel management and quality management,different management methods are adopted to improve the three management projects.And put forward corresponding safeguard measures for improvement measures,which has reached the goal of solving the problem.
