Research On The Development Strategy Of A Port Group

With the development of economic globalization and the upgrading of port service function,modern port has become an important growth point of regional economic development.In the development of the region,the role of the port is becoming increasingly prominent.As an important node in the transportation system,port plays an important role in the transformation of land and water transportation mode,and it is also the best location for warehousing and circulation processing.The important position of ports in the whole international trade chain has led to the emergence,development and prosperity of port logistics.Port logistics services include warehousing,freight forwarding,disassembly,handling,packaging,processing,inland transportation,distribution and information processing functions.The A Port is located in the Yellow River Delta.In recent years,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council have attached great importance to the development and construction of the Yellow River Delta and developed its high-efficiency ecological economy.It has been listed in the National Eleventh Five-Year Plan and the Outline of the Twelfth Five-Year Plan,and has become a national strategy.Since the beginning of 1990s,the Shandong provincial party committee and the provincial government have identified the development of the Yellow River Delta as a key project.In order to develop the region,the port is essential,a link between the inland and the outside world is crucial,the development of A Port has become the first thing to develop the Yellow River Delta.This paper systematically discusses the general theory of port economy and port-vicinity regional development,and explores the development mode of A port according to the reality of A port Group.Combining with the connotation and process of strategic management,EFE、IFE、SWOT、SPACE、QSPM,the types and models of enterprise development strategy,and strategic analysis tools,this paper analyzes the general situation,historical process and environmental background of A Port Group,and finds out the shortcomings and disadvantages of A Port development.On the premise of fully understanding the development mode of other ports,this paper uses PEST、EFE、IFE、SWOT、SPACE analysis method to discuss the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the current A Port.Then according to the specific results of the analysis,the future development strategy of A Port is formulated,and then the measures to implement the strategy are analyzed to confirm the rapid development of A Port.At the same time,this study also has some reference for other port strategic development industries.
