Research On River And Lake Water Conservancy In Yinxi Area During The Tang And Song Dynasties

YinXian county in the Tang and Song dynasties as one of the core areas of mingzhou,its development began in the Tang dynasty,flourishing in the Song dynasty.This paper studies the relationship between water conservancy systems in Guangde lake and Tuoshan weir,the two most important water systems in yinxian county.This paper probes into the development trend of water conservancy projects in the west of YinXian of Tang and Song dynasties as well as the interest relationship and game among the central government,local forces and the general public involved.Around the research on river and lake water conservancy in the west of YinXian,this paper is mainly divided into four parts.The first part mainly introduces the basic situation of water conservancy in west YinXian,including the political evolution and natural geographical environment of west business school as well as the internal and external water conservancy environment of west business school.In the west of YinXian,constrained by the natural environment,drought and waterlogging disasters are frequent and easy to be affected by salty tides.Therefore,the main functions of water conservancy projects in the west of yinyin are salt blocking,water storage and irrigation.YinXian west region water resources development with the development of external east zhejiang canal,and internal typical in YinXian west,weir and sluice,water is the construction of water conservancy facilities,become more perfect.The second part focuses on the two most important water conservancy projects in YinXian district--Guangde lake and Tuoshan weir.Firstly,it is concluded that the development of Guangde lake can be divided into three stages.It can be seen from the three stages of lake body development that guangde lake shows a trend of shrinking lake area,deepening lake body and increasing irrigation area.As a main source of irrigation water in the northwest of YinXian,guangde lake plays an important role in local agriculture.However,in the Song dynasty,the contradiction between man and land and water was prominent.Then from another important water conservancy engineering TuoShan weir in west of YinXian,we comprehensively understand the structure of water conservancy system in west of YinXian.This paper discusses the importance of Tuoshan weir in the north of YinXi from the Xiaojianghu and Zhongxia weir water conservancy project in the southwest of Tuoshan and nashan county,and comprehensively understands Tuoshan weir water conservancy project through the continuous improvement of Tuoshan weir water conservancy project.The third part is the relationship between Tuoshan weir--nantang river water conservancy system and Guangde lake water conservancy system,and it is believed that the two water conservancy systems have produced important influence in the local.Due to the sharp contradiction between man and land,the continuous improvement of the water conservancy function of Tuoshan weir and the decline of irrigation function of Guangde lake lead to the relationship between the two water conservancy systems in west of YinXian from parallel to intersect to the final substitution.The development and improvement of Tuoshan weir not only affects the final fate of Guangde lake to some extent,but also has a significant impact on the change of the city site.The construction of Tuoshan weirs has effectively blocked the saltwater problem that has long troubled the people in western of YinXian making the low-lying and flat Sanjiangkou area with sufficient water supply the optimal choice for the central city,and the city also moves from the upstream to the downstream under this opportunity.The fourth part takes the water conservancy society in the west of YinXian as the theme,reflecting the development of the regional water conservancy community at that time.The preservation and waste of guangde lake has always been a focus issue,The fuhu school and the waste lake school have their own interest trend,they have been discussing since the lake was abandoned.In order to gain more support from the masses,local forces used water temples and temples to control the public opinion,so that the local water temples and temples were changed from those who had made contributions to water conservancy into local nobles who abandoned Guangde lake.Therefore,the choice of local water conservancy is the result of the connection between local and central government.
