Capacity Evaluation Of CSCEC1041 Engineering Management Team

China has become a world-renowned "construction power",and the development of the construction industry on the growth of the national economy and the improvement of social livelihood plays a decisive role.But China’s construction enterprises are facing the plight of low profit ability to obtain,investigate its fundamental,often not backward construction technology of enterprises,lack of management system and so on reasons,more is for a line in construction project management team construction is not reasonable,lead to their management ability is weak,limiting the enterprise profit space.In this paper,CSCEC1041 project management team is selected as the research object.On the basis of combing and analyzing the ability evaluation theory,the connotation of the ability evaluation of CSCEC1041 project management team is elaborated to lay a foundation for the construction of its index system and model.Capability evaluation at home and abroad in the research literature and the related project management manual provisions comb summary,on the basis of combining ability evaluation index system construction principles,using the Delphi method and the improvement of information entropy method to establish CSCEC1041 evaluation index system of project management team,members include quality,organizational structure,management efficiency,the production performance of four dimensions 19 indexes,and analyzes each index connotation and definition.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was used to assign weights to the evaluation indexes of engineering management ability,and the ahp-based capability evaluation model was constructed to scientifically and objectively evaluate the capability of the CSCEC1041 engineering management team.The construction of CSCEC1041 project management team capability evaluation index system and model provides a guarantee for the smooth implementation of specific engineering projects,creates more profit space for construction enterprises,and provides a meaningful reference to guide the high-quality sustainable development of China’s construction industry.
