Developing clean energy is an inevitable trend in energy structure transformation.With the continuous acceleration and increase of large-scale clean energy engineering construction,team management will become more critical.GW Company has integrated the power grid construction model from the previous single project management model based on the characteristics of clean energy engineering construction in Sichuan,including organizational structure,project cluster,personnel allocation,safety assurance,etc.,to form a project cluster management for clean energy transmission.However,in the actual operation process,with the continuous expansion of management personnel and the enhancement of project construction tasks,there is still room for optimization and improvement in team management efficiency,especially in terms of team role configuration and team performance evaluation,which seriously affects the efficiency of team operation and thus affects the efficiency of clean energy transmission construction.It is urgent to solve team management problems.In order to better adapt to the characteristics and requirements of project cluster management in clean energy transmission,it is urgent to improve team management through reasonable allocation of team roles,attention to social attribute dimensions,and other aspects.This thesis takes the project cluster management team of BHT and YFG clean energy transmission projects as the research object.On the basis of systematically combing the research of relevant teams at home and abroad,starting with the analysis of the existing cluster management model,this thesis introduces Belbin team role theory.In addition to meeting the task dimension requirements,team configuration also needs to pay attention to the social dimension requirements.Effective team role configuration has an important impact on team operation.Secondly,a team management questionnaire was used to conduct a survey on the clustered management team of large-scale clean energy delivery projects.Based on the analysis of the questionnaire survey results,it was found that there are some issues about management thinking,team roles,performance evaluation in existing project team management.In response to these issues,an interview outline was designed,and management personnel and core employees were selected for on-site interviews.From the perspective of management personnel,further focus was placed on the core issues in current team management.Further,based on the survey results,combined with Belbin’s team role theory and team performance evaluation model,systematic analysis was carried out to explore the causes of the problem.Finally,based on the causes of the problems,optimization strategies are proposed to guide the efficient development of the project team in practice,and to improve the operational efficiency of the existing model.By analyzing the optimization effects of management thinking,team roles,and performance improvement,it was found that the optimization strategies effectively solved the problems in the management of clean energy engineering cluster teams,which can help GW Company improve the efficiency of clean energy engineering cluster project team management and provide reference for this type of team management practice.
