| Project management is to manage all project related work effectively by using systematic method and theory under restriction of limited resource.Human resource is the core of project management;all project activities need teamwork.Team is the most changeable part in the project management that team members differ from technique background,advantage,working style,and language.The team management plays the crucial role for achieving project goal.Company B is one German family-owned company over 100 years history producing mainly seat structure and other two segments of products.Under the pressure of fierce competition in nowadays in China automotive industry,the management problem about seat project team is getting more obvious which blocks the further China seat business development and growth in Company B.Start with the theory about project team,through domestic and abroad theory concept,method,and development literature review,and then the research result about team member management is summarized.Based on above,by using the case analysis,which happened in seat project team,to illustrate the problems existed in the management of project team member,and then investigate reasons behind them.In the suggestion part,research and advices on team member recruitment and selection,then training development,and performance evaluation management etc.are raised. |
