| With the deepening of the reform of motor vehicle inspection work,the motor vehicle testing industry is developing towards socialization and marketing,and with the work of "Three Inspection and unity" in the testing station,the demand for the comprehensive performance testing station of motor vehicles is increasing.It is of great significance to study the key problems such as the location and selection of the construction of the comprehensive performance testing station of motor vehicles to promote the healthy development of the motor vehicle inspection industry.Based on the historical data of this region,two exponential smoothing method is used to predict motor vehicle ownership.The prediction mathematical model is established,the motor vehicle ownership in this area is predicted,and the annual inspection quantity of the comprehensive performance testing station is judged,which provides the basis for determining the construction scale of the comprehensive performance testing station of motor vehicles.By analyzing the factors influencing the location evaluation of six comprehensive performance testing stations,such as vehicle accessibility,potential holdings,existing testing stations,supporting facilities,available area and construction operation cost,the weight of six influencing factors is determined by analytic hierarchy process,and then the candidate addresses are assigned according to six location influencing factors,and the comparison Judgment matrix is constructed by constructing each layer.,the hierarchical single sorting and consistency test,and finally obtains the program layer to the target layer total sorting and other steps,determines the optimal location scheme.Based on the requirements of testing,testing items and related testing regulations,a candidate set of comprehensive performance testing equipment is established,a decision model is established by AHP,the weight of the influence index of equipment selection is determined,the candidate equipment is assigned value according to six indexes,and the steps of hierarchical single sorting,total sorting and consistency checking are carried out by constructing the comparison judgment matrix,select the optimal comprehensive performance testing equipment.By using the two exponential smoothing method to predict the vehicle ownership,the construction scale of the comprehensive performance testing station is determined,and the evaluation method of the location of the detection station is constructed by analytic hierarchy process,aiming at the optimal economic benefit of the comprehensive performance testing station.Aiming at the optimal comprehensive energy of the testing equipment,The method of selection of comprehensive performance testing equipment is constructed by using analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).Finally,through the application of examples,it is proved that the site selection is suitable and in line with the expected goal,and the comprehensive performance testing equipment selected is the best comprehensive energy. |
