In recent years,due to the increase of national investment in railway construction,railway transportation has developed greatly.With the acceleration of railway engineering construction,the site selection design of large-scale temporary projects and transition projects has attracted more and more attention.Track laying base is one of the large-scale temporary projects to ensure the smooth implementation of railway track engineering construction.It has the characteristics of large scale and wide land occupation.The quality of its construction scheme will have an important impact on the investment cost,construction period plan and environmental protection of the project.Therefore,the location of new railway track laying base has attracted more and more attention.At present,the site selection of track laying base is mainly judged from the qualitative point of view and according to the experience of engineers,and there is a lack of comprehensive evaluation of the site selection by using mathematical model.Therefore,it is particularly important to establish a scientific and reasonable location evaluation model and realize efficient location decision.Based on the basic principles of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,this paper constructs a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and makes an example analysis to determine the optimal location scheme.The main research contents are as follows:(1)According to the engineering characteristics of track laying base,the influencing factors of its site selection are systematically analyzed,and the comprehensive evaluation index system of track laying base site selection is constructed.(2)According to the established hierarchical structure model,through expert questionnaire survey and data sorting,the weight of each evaluation index is determined by analytic hierarchy process.(3)Through the establishment of evaluation result set,membership function,scoring criterion and evaluation matrix,and fuzzy synthesis,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of track laying base location is constructed.(4)An example is analyzed to apply the evaluation model.Through the comprehensive evaluation and comparison of the two alternatives,the conclusion consistent with the actual situation is obtained,which verifies that the theory has certain feasibility and applicability,in order to provide some theoretical reference for similar location decision-making problems.
