In recent years,with the continuous development of China's military market,customers on the quality of products and price requirements are more stringent,but also on the delivery of products is also very seriously.For military products,because the product has some particularity,the application of high technology more widely,processing projects are relatively complex,at the same time,coupled with the project of cooperation requirements are relatively high,so in the process of implementation of the project,the project is more common than tardiness.Therefore,this paper will combine with the characteristics of China's small batch production of military products,the use of project management theory and method of science,to find suitable for our military production schedule control management measures,so as to ensure the project can be finished production of military products.To explore the progress of China's military products research and production project management,to enhance the ability to deliver the project schedule as scheduled and the market competitiveness has an important positive significance.In this paper,combined with the production schedule of the project of the G model simulation launcher as the research object,this paper analyzes the military project schedule management mode and method with more uncertain factors.In reference to the domestic and foreign literature about project management on the basis of the research on the critical chain method and forward line comparison two project management theory,describes the current G type analog transmitter device project schedule planning method,and combined with the existing in the process of project implementation project phenomenon are analyzed,elaborated the reasons for these problems.On the basis of the previous analysis,through the analysis of the current progress of the project planning and control of the status quo,combined with the project critical path method,the implementation of the project specific plans were drawn up.In the process of implementation of the project,according to track and check the striker of comparative law on the whole project progress,problems found in the process of project implementation,there is deviation and the reason and carrying out the project,and carry out the project schedule follow-up assessment,through the development of appropriate remedial measures,to achieve effective control of the implementation of the project,and to ensure that the project can be reached.Through the simulation of G transmitter device project management models are analyzed,making the process of project implementation with the development plan,the project implementation process supervision,timely find problems and corresponding solutions and development,so as to realize the project completed on schedule.At the same time,hope that through the progress of China's military product project schedule management,can provide reference for the effective implementation and implementation of other military products project.
