With the accelerating pace of urbanization,urban utility tunnel has been greatly promoted with the advantages of scientific utilization of urban underground space,daily maintenance without excavation of road surface,protection of pipelines from corrosion or external damage,etc.Urban utility tunnel involves a large number of pipelines networks and is characteristics of professional diversity and complexity;meanwhile,if any pipeline in the urban utility tunnel fails in the stage of operation and maintenance,there will be chain effects and derivative disasters,which directly threaten the public safety of the whole city.This requires high accuracy of the information.Therefore,BIM data framework and logical relationship are needed to provide reliable data resources for all decision-making in the whole life cycle of the pipeline from construction to demolition.The introduction of BIM technology will definitely bring new management mode and management thoughts.How to integrate the new technology with the traditional utility tunnel system and ways,and how to give full play to the value of the new technology is a problem that must be explored.Therefore,search for the construction method of intelligent utility tunnel through exploring the collaborative management and application of BIM technology in the whole process of the urban utility tunnel project,is rather necessary to improve the information management level of urban utility tunnel project.First,through literature review and theoretical analysis of the concept of data sharing and knowledge management,this paper searches these three aspects:information platform architecture,project data system framework and the classification and integration of project information,and thus the urban utility tunnel project information platform is established.The project information platform consists of six parts:physical layer,data layer,network layer,communication layer,general processing layer and application layer.The project information must be transmitted through public data communication platform,and integrated and applied with BIM model as database framework.Then,this paper,from two aspects:project folder management and project collaborative platform usage and management,proposes platform collaborative management measures and methods,and ensures that the collaborative platform can achieve standardization management.From the perspective of the third-party,BIM,combined with the whole process BIM consulting concept and according to the process optimization theory,this paper proposes the idea of optimization of project management procedure of BIM technology;and on this basis,this paper defines the responsibilities of all parties involved in the project,and builds project organization;it integrates the implementation objectives of each stage of the project with BIM objectives,makes analysis and studies,and formulates the implementation rules and control procedures of BIM.By using the method of empirical research and experience summary,this paper studies the application of BIM in the project from two aspects:project BIM technology application routes and BIM technology application demonstration.The research results are applied to the urban utility tunnel and the municipal road project(Phase I)of the core area of Tianfu New District of Chengdu.The application of this project is analyzed and studied,the problems and difficulties encountered in the process of construction and promotion are analyzed,and suggestions for promoting BIM development are put forward.
