As an important basic part of smart power grid,smart substation plays a supporting role for smart power grid and power Internet of things[1].In order to ensure the reliable,safe,intelligent,economical and environmental protection operation of smart power grid,this paper designs each system and overall layout of smart substation,and studies its monitoring system.Based on the 110 kv south stone intelligent substation construction project as the research background,the research is divided into two parts,one is according to the basic engineering data,intelligent substation of 110 kv in the south part of a system,secondary system,overall layout and design of other systems,and combined with the new energy power generation and the intelligent electrical equipment development,further enhance the intelligent level and economic benefits of the substation;2 it is intelligent monitor and control system for substation of 110 kv in the south to carry on the design,build substation integrated monitoring platform,and combined with the problems in the professional practice and development of substation monitoring background increase five function combination,at the same time,combining with the Internet of things technology to monitor SMS alarm system development,design,debugging and application,further improve the level of intelligent substation.110kV nanshi intelligent substation primary system,partial secondary system,overall layout and other system design.Substation design is carried out based on IEC61850 statute.Firstly,110/10kV voltage grade substation is determined according to the current power supply situation and future power plan in nanshi area.Then,according to the situation of south stone area electric power data and power users to design a system of transformer substation,substation capacity and the main electrical wiring way,through the selection of short-circuit current calculation main electrical equipment,selects the intelligent transformer and"device ontology+smart component"in the form of intelligent equipment and calibration,draw substation main electrical wiring diagram;Then,some secondary systems of the substation are designed.Combined with the primary system design of the substation,the layout of the power network and the configuration of power equipment in nanshi region,the relay protection scheme of the substation is determined and the setting calculation is carried out.Meanwhile,the substation dispatching automation system and communication system are designed.Finally,for the overall layout of the substation and other design parts,30kW distributed photovoltaic power station is designed and installed on the roof of the substation,and the substation construction layout,seismic lightning protection measures,station electricity design,draw the substation electrical general plan,electrical substation general layout,substation direct lightning protection scope.Substation monitoring system design and monitoring equipment research part.According to the substation primary system and secondary system design and substation monitoring requirements,the overall architecture,monitoring objectives and network structure of the substation monitoring system are designed,and the information integration monitoring background with the"five prevention"function is built to complete the monitoring system equipment configuration.Monitoring equipment research is the introduction of concept of Internet of things for substation SMS alarm system design,development,debugging and simulation experiment,first of all,according to the finished product electronics design idea using SMS alarm system design feasibility study,and then,the substation alarm system hardware and software design and development,to use STM32 chip,GSM SMS alarm functions such as chip,and finally,after the south stone substation monitoring information integration platform for substation SMS alarm system simulation experiment,achieve the function design.This intelligent substation design meets the future development demand of nanshi district.Intelligent design,various forms of the use of a device,with the"five prevention"functional information integration monitoring the construction of the background,30 kw transformer substation roof laying of distributed photovoltaic power station and substation SMS alarm system development,make the 110 kV south stone intelligent substation than traditional substation in intelligent level,operating flexibility,environmental protection and so on have been improved.
