The failure of industrial equipment often leads to catastrophic consequences.And rotary machinery occupies the vast majority in industrial equipment.Monitoring the rotating machinery can detect faults in advance and effectively reduce the accident rate,so it is of great significance.In this paper,a rotary mechanical vibration monitoring system is designed,which simultaneously samples the vibration signals of multiple positions on the mechanical equipment.The terminal performs FFT analysis on the signal,and displays the vibration waveform and spectrum of each channel.At the same time,the monitoring system combines the IoT technology and cloud diagnostic technology to provide wired and wireless network communication solutions.The monitoring system can connect to the cloud server through the Ethernet interface and the WiFi interface to perform cloud diagnosis on the device.The paper analyzes the actual requirements of the vibration monitoring system,proposing the ARM+FPGA dual processor combination scheme.The FPGA control signal acquisition and data transmission.The ARM portable Linux system is equipped with a touch screen to complete the analysis of the signal,showing the time domain and frequency domain curves.According to the design scheme,the hardware circuit of the system is designed in detail,and the signal conditioning circuit,communication interface circuit and other peripheral circuits are designed.According to the modular programming method,this paper designs FPGA-based synchronous acquisition,FIR filtering,data transmission and other modules.After the embedded Linux system is configured,it is transplanted into the ARM chip,and the driver for communication with the FPGA is designed.The human-computer interaction interface is designed with Qt to complete the analysis and display of the signal.Finally,the signal acquisition function,analysis function,display function and communication function of the system were debugged in the laboratory,and it was confirmed that the rotary mechanical vibration monitoring system based on the Internet of Things basically met the design requirements.
